对自行设计的几种型式微细微量固体颗粒加料器进行试验研究 ,得出适于物料不同颗料直径下小流量的加料杆型式。结果表明 ,对于Sauter平均直径在 90 μm左右的金刚砂粒子 ,压力螺旋加料杆最小流量可为 0 .4g/min ;对于Sauter平均直径在 4 0 μm左右的金刚砂粒子 ,两线松弛螺旋加料杆最小流量可为 0 .6g/min。操作简便可靠、量化准确的微细微量固体颗粒加料器对于气固两相流试验研究给粉均匀、连续、稳定具有重要意义。
Several types of micro-solid particles designed for their own type of feeder experiments were conducted, suitable for the material under different particle diameter of the small flow of feeding rod type. The results show that the minimum flow rate of the pressure spiral feed rod can be 0.4 g / min for the eutectic particles with Sauter average diameter of 90 μm and the minimum flow rate of the two-wire loose spiral feed rod for the eutectic particles of Sauter average diameter 40 μm Can be 0.6g / min.
