以25个新疆甜菜品系(种)为材料,对块根8个主要农艺性状进行变异系数、相关性和主成分分析。结果表明:根头长度的变异系数较大为29.14%,根宽的变异系数最小为7.86%。在相关性上,糖甜菜根宽、根颈周长、根头长与根重呈极显著正相关;甜菜含糖率与根体长度呈极显著的正相关。主成分分析结果表明,前3个主成分对含糖率变异的累计贡献率达到85.21%,对根重变异的累计贡献率达到88.53%。首先对变异大的性状进行选择是非常重要的,在含糖率性状选择上,应注意选择根颈长度、根颈周长、根体长度大,根沟较深的品系(种)。在根重性状选择上,应注意选择根宽、根颈周长、根颈长度大,根沟较浅的品系(种)。
The coefficients of variation, correlation and principal component analysis of eight main agronomic traits of tuberous roots were studied with 25 Xinjiang sugar beet strains (strains). The results showed that the coefficient of variation of root length was 29.14% and the minimum coefficient of variation of root width was 7.86%. In terms of correlation, sugar beet root width, root circumference, root length and root weight had a significant positive correlation; sugar beet and root length showed a significant positive correlation. The principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first three principal components to the variation of sugar content reached 85.21%, and the cumulative contribution rate to the variation of root weight reached 88.53%. First of all, it is very important to choose the trait of large variation. On the choice of the trait of sugar content, we should pay attention to the selection of the rootstock length, root circumference, root length and deep gutter. In the choice of root trait traits, should pay attention to select the root width, root neck circumference, root neck length, shallow root canal genus (species).
