急倾斜松软突出煤层的综合机械化开采是近几年才发展起来的新兴技术,在综采工作面推进过程中,遇断层、地质破碎带的情况相对较多。该文介绍了李子垭南二井在急倾斜松软突出煤层综合机械化开采中,成功应用自主创新的综合措施,采用穿层钻孔、地质雷达探测、综合防突措施、破碎区顶板处理的方法,确保工作面顺利推过突出空洞垮冒区,为矿井的安全生产奠定了良好基础,为类似矿井处理断层、地质破碎带提供了技术依据,同时也为急倾斜松软突出煤层综合机械化开采开辟了光明道路。
The comprehensive mechanized mining of the coal seam with soft and steep slopes is an emerging technology that has been developed in recent years. In the process of advancing fully mechanized coal mining face, there are relatively more cases of faults and geological fractures. This paper introduces the comprehensive application of independent innovation in the fully mechanized mining of the soft coal outburst in the steep slope at the LiZiya Nianjing well and adopts the method of penetrating through layers of holes, detecting the geologic radar, The working surface passed the prominent empty collapse area smoothly, laid a good foundation for the mine safety production and provided the technical basis for similar mines to deal with faults and geological broken belts. At the same time, it also opened up a bright road for comprehensive mechanized mining of steeply inclined soft outburst coal seams .
