20 0 3年 8月 4日 ,黑龙江省齐齐哈尔市发生了一起举世震惊的二战期间侵华日军遗弃的化学武器芥子气毒伤我国平民的事件。事件发生后 ,驻军 2 0 3医院快速反应 ,仅用不到 10小时的时间就明确了芥子气中毒的诊断 ,迅速成立了救治指挥组和医疗组 ,以最快速度展开了芥子气中毒隔离病区 ,并做到了救治人员到位、药品和物资设施到位、救治及防护措施到位 ,确立了抗感染、保护性隔离、脏器功能保护与支持、免疫调理治疗、营养代谢支持与调理、积极加强创面处理、防治各种并发症、精心护理的救治方案 ,并通过上级机关求得了全军医疗专家的技术支持。医院收治了全部 4 4名中毒住院患者 ,其中男性 39例 ,女性 5例 ,年龄最大 5 5岁 ,最小 8岁。经医护人员 10 0天全力以赴的救治 ,取得了满意的效果。除 1名患者因伤重不治外 ,至 2 0 0 3年 11月 15日 ,其余患者全部临床治愈出院。 2 0 3医院成功救治芥子气中毒患者 ,为我军在未来战争中救治此类患者积累了宝贵经验。本刊从此期起 ,将在军事医学栏目连续 3期刊发该院医护人员的救治经验 ,希望对军事医学工作者的研究有所裨益。

The hospital admitted all 44 in-patient poisoning, including 39 males and 5 females, the oldest of 55, the youngest 8 years old. The medical staff 10 0 days go all out to the rescue, and achieved satisfactory results. All but one patient died of any serious illness and was discharged on clinical cure until November 15, 2003. The success of the hospital in treating patients with mustard gas poisoning has provided our army with valuable experience in the treatment of such patients in future wars.
