控制算式是计算机控制系统中的一个重要环节,计算机通过控制算式实现对被控制对象的控制。迄今为止,计算机过程控制系统中所采用的控制算式绝大部分是用模拟化方法设计的,PID算式就是这一类控制算式。数字化的方法,既用Z变换直接设计的控制算式却用得极少。作者用Z变换的方法分别对一个仿真系统和一个实时系统进行综合,设计出控制算式,并对这二种系统都作了实验。本文是在这个基础上总结了这类控制算式的设计方法,分析其稳定定和振铃现象,对两类控制算式作出了比较,并对其优点和应用范围提出一些看法。
Control formula is an important part of the computer control system, the computer through the control algorithm to achieve the control of the controlled object. So far, most of the control equations used in computer process control systems have been designed using the method of simulation, which is the control equation of this type. The digitization method, the control formula that is designed directly with the Z transform, is minimal. The author uses the method of Z transform to synthesize a simulation system and a real-time system separately, designs the control formula, and makes experiments for both systems. Based on this, this paper summarizes the design method of this kind of control formula, analyzes its stability and ringing phenomenon, compares two kinds of control formulas, and puts forward some opinions on its advantages and application scope.
