通过对3种SnO2电极的微观结构分析,探讨影响抗玻璃液侵蚀能力的微观因素.研究结果表明,添加剂适量、结构致密、分布均匀是提高抗玻璃液侵蚀能力的必要条件.所研究3种SnO2电极的成份以SnO2为主,外加少量CuO、Sb2O3或Y2O3等添加剂.自制SnO2电极添加剂适量,结构致密,分布均匀,断口为穿品断裂;国外SnO2电极结构较致密,有少量贯通气孔,断口为沿晶断裂;国内SnO2电极结构疏松,断口为沿晶断裂,添加剂偏析严重.
