目的:探讨宫腔镜联合阴道B超在绝经后出血中的诊断价值。方法:2003年3月～2005年2月对该院就诊的92例绝经后出血患者应用宫腔镜联合阴道B超检查宫内病变,同时宫腔镜下取材进行病理组织学检查。结果:联合检查诊断子宫内膜息肉的敏感性为92.31%,子宫粘膜下肌瘤为75.00%,子宫内膜增生症为78.95%,子宫内膜癌为78.57%。结论:阴道B超和宫腔镜的联合应用,大大提高了对绝经后出血的诊断准确性。
Objective: To explore the diagnostic value of hysteroscopy combined with vaginal B-ultrasound in postmenopausal bleeding. Methods: From March 2003 to February 2005, 92 cases of postmenopausal bleeding in our hospital were treated with hysteroscopy combined with vaginal ultrasonography for intrauterine lesion. Hysteroscopic specimens were taken for histopathological examination. Results: The sensitivity of the joint examination for diagnosis of endometrial polyps was 92.31%, submucosal fibroids of the uterus was 75.00%, endometrial hyperplasia was 78.95% and endometrial carcinoma was 78.57%. Conclusion: The combined application of vaginal ultrasound and hysteroscopy greatly improves the diagnostic accuracy of postmenopausal bleeding.
