1997年1月8日.我县某单位王××家4人因食用河豚鱼发生中毒.报告如下;王××家5人.晚餐时食用清炖鱼及少量鱼汤、馒头、玉米粥.约两小时后,4人先后出现口唇、舌和手指刺疼.恶心、呕吐、里急后重、腹泻.四肢无力、发冷、口唇、指尖和肢端处知觉麻痹.眩晕等症状,另1人因嫌鱼腥味只食馒头、玉米粥.未发病;4名中毒者.在县医院经及时催吐、洗胃、导泻及对症处理.8天后均康复出院.因4名患者共同进食清炖鱼2小时后.先后出现大致相同的症状.故对可疑食物清炖鱼进行了调查.在
