党的十七大报告提出,要“建设生态文明,基本形成节约能源资源和保护生态环境的产业结构、增长方式、消费模式”。为准确的理解和贯彻落实党的精神,我们必须首先准确的理解生态文明。这样才能结合我国的国情,建设好中国特色的生态文明社会。
The report of the 17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward that it is necessary to “create an ecological civilization and basically form an industrial structure, mode of growth and consumption pattern that conserves energy resources and protects the ecological environment.” In order to accurately understand and implement the spirit of the party, we must first accurately understand the ecological civilization. Only in this way can we combine the national conditions of our country and build an ecological civilized society with Chinese characteristics.
