以丙烯酸(AA)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)和自制具有聚合活性的大单体甲氧基聚乙二醇甲基丙烯酸酯(P)为原料,以过硫酸铵为引发剂,在水相体系中共聚,合成P-AA-AMPS三元共聚聚羧酸高性能减水剂。试验结果表明,该减水剂的最佳制备工艺为:AMPS用量为大单体P质量的4%,过硫酸铵用量为单体总量的4%,反应温度75℃,反应时间为5 h。经测试该减水剂具有较好的分散性和分散性保持能力,并具有良好的增强效果。
In this paper, acrylic acid (AA), 2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid (AMPS) and self-made polymerized macromonomer methoxypolyethylene glycol methacrylate Ammonium as initiator in the aqueous system copolymerization, synthesis of P-AA-AMPS ternary polycarboxylate superplasticizer. The experimental results showed that the optimal preparation process of the water reducer was as follows: the amount of AMPS was 4% of the mass of the macromonomer P, the amount of ammonium persulfate was 4% of the total monomer, the reaction temperature was 75 ℃ and the reaction time was 5 h . The superplasticizer has good dispersibility and dispersion retention, and has good enhancement effect.
