目的研究压宁定术中降压的疗效及副作用。方法３年间应用压宁定降压５６０例，本文仅对３６例原发性高血压患者麻醉前、麻醉中使用压宁定降压效果进行统计。结果压宁定降压作用缓和，血压降至一定程度后不再过度下降，对心率影响轻微，不增加心肌耗氧量。结论压宁定是一种安全理想的降压药。
Objective To study the curative effect and side effects of antihypertensive treatment in pressure-relief surgery. Methods The application of ning ning ning ban in 3 cases of 560 cases, this article only 36 cases of essential hypertension in patients with anesthesia before anesthesia with ning ning buck the effect statistics.
