目的探讨儿童眼的屈光成分发育与视力发育的关系.方法对54例108眼3~4岁儿童的视力及角膜屈折力、前房深度、眼轴长度、晶体厚度、屈光状态进行连续3年随访.结果角膜屈折力随年龄增长无明显变化,前房深度、眼轴长度随年龄增长而增大,晶体厚度、远视屈光度随年龄增长而减小,视力随年龄增长缓慢上升.结论角膜屈折力在3岁前发育已接近成人水平,而前房深度、眼轴长度、晶体厚度屈光度在视力发育中起重要作用,说明3~6岁儿童视力是动态的发育过程,而且发育的程度及速度不一,不宜仅用视力作为诊断幼小儿童弱视的唯一标准“,”Abstract Objective To observe the relationship between the development of refractive components and visual acuity in children.
