针对现有的薄壁波纹管材料,从薄壁波纹管特性入手,基于测试试验、模型试验、有限元等方法进行了受力分析阐述并相互验证得出薄壁波纹管作为空心无梁楼盖内腔的可行性,并讨论了施加荷载后3个不同阶段裂缝和挠度之间的不同厚度薄壁波纹管关系,并分析出其弹性阶段强度和屈服强度供结构设计使用。在分析其不足之处的同时也对未来的研究工作做出了展望。
Aiming at the existing thin-wall corrugated pipe materials, starting from the characteristics of the thin-walled corrugated pipe, the force analysis based on the test test, the model test and the finite element method is carried out to prove that the thin-walled corrugated pipe as the hollow non-beam floor cover The feasibility of the inner cavity is discussed.
