为化解本科生面临的“多元职业认同”发展与职业决策困难或职业规划缺失之间的矛盾,从即时发展和长远发展的角度,探寻一种积极途径,即发挥个体的主体作用并与本科生共同进行探索、决策、规划和适应。 In order to resolve the contradiction between the development of multi-professionally recognized undergraduates and the lack of career decision-making or career planning, from an angle of immediate development and long-term development, we should explore a positive way to play the main role of individual and Undergraduate co-exploration, decision-making, planning and adaptation.
