对重载运输组合站组合方案进行优化研究,分析我国重载运输组合站作业过程,并归纳出组合站组合作业特征,在考虑组合规则、列车重量、最晚开始组合时间等约束的条件下,以列车在组合站总停留时间及分解时间之和最小为目标,构建符合我国重载运输组合站重载列车组合作业特征的非线性0-1规划模型。在分析模型性质的基础上,得出时间消耗最小目标下组合方案优先选择次序,并根据上述性质推论设计出“表格法”对模型进行求解。算例表明:对于到达列车规模为18列的算例,通过上述优化方法,可减少2次不必要的分解作业并节省时间消耗128min。
Based on the optimization of combination plan of heavy haul combined station, the operation process of combined haulage station in China is analyzed, and the characteristics of combined operation of combined station are summarized. Under the conditions of combination rules, train weight, latest combination time, With the goal of minimizing the total stay time and the decomposition time of the train at the combined station, a nonlinear 0-1 planning model is constructed which is in line with the characteristics of the combined operation of the heavy-haul train in China’s heavy haul combined station. Based on the analysis of the nature of the model, we get the order of priority selection of the combination scheme with the minimum time consumption, and deduce the “table method” according to the above-mentioned properties to solve the model. The example shows that for the example of arriving at train size 18 columns, the above optimization method can reduce 2 unnecessary decomposition jobs and save 128min of time consumption.
