采用连续耦合热应力分析来模拟RQT701高强度薄壁钢材板-板焊接节点的焊接过程及最终残余应力分布。通过与试验结果进行对比,验证了数值模拟的精确度和可靠性。并利用缩尺模型参数研究法,研究主要焊接参数对残余应力的大小和分布的影响。
Continuous coupled thermal stress analysis was used to simulate the welding process and the final residual stress distribution of RQT701 high strength thin-walled steel plate-plate welded joints. By comparing with the experimental results, the accuracy and reliability of the numerical simulation are verified. The effect of the main welding parameters on the size and distribution of residual stress is also studied by the method of scale model parameter.
