针对影响薄壁密封容器寿命的许多因素具有复杂性、非确定性以及时变性的特点 ,提出了用动态二级模糊综合评判的方法对其寿命进行评估 ,建立了评估的数学模型和评估流程。在对飞机整体油箱的寿命分析中 ,考虑到保留所有评判因素的影响 ,采用了乘、加型模糊算子 ,并用层次分析 (AHP)法来确定评价指标权重。计算结果表明 ,该方法能够解决油箱寿命评估中一些复杂因素的处理问题 ,具有一定的实际工程意义。
In view of the complexity, non-determinism and time-varying nature of many factors that affect the life of thin-walled airtight containers, this paper proposes a method of dynamic second-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the life of a thin-walled airtight container, and establishes the mathematical model of evaluation and evaluation process. In the analysis of the life cycle of the whole tank of the aircraft, the multiplicative and additive fuzzy operators are considered in consideration of the influence of retaining all the factors of judgment, and the AHP method is used to determine the weight of the evaluation index. The calculation results show that this method can solve some complicated factors in the life assessment of a tank and has certain practical engineering significance.
