针对高压空气环境的特殊性,研制了高压焊接试验舱和钨极氩弧自动焊机。在0.1~0.7MPa空气环境中,考察了电弧静特性,并提出了电弧电压与空气环境压力、电弧长度、焊接电流三者之间的数学模型。根据电弧静特性及其数学模型,设定钨极氩弧自动焊机及其焊接电源主要参数,在0.1~0.7MPa空气环境中,进行了典型位置16Mn钢板的焊接,采用自由成型工艺形成的全部接头,符合美国焊接学会AWSD3.6M:1999中A类接头的要求。
Aiming at the particularity of high pressure air environment, a high pressure welding test chamber and a tungsten arc argon arc welding machine were developed. In 0.1 ~ 0.7MPa air environment, the static characteristics of the arc were investigated, and the mathematical models of the arc voltage, the ambient air pressure, the arc length and the welding current were proposed. According to the static characteristics of the arc and its mathematical model, the main parameters of the TIG welding machine and its welding power source are set. In the air environment of 0.1 ~ 0.7MPa, the welding of the typical position 16Mn steel plate is carried out. All the formed by freeform process Connector, in line with the American Welding Society AWSD3.6M: 1999 Class A connector requirements.
