用改进的Langendorff法灌注离体大鼠冠状动脉,观察灌注液中PCO_2升高对离体大鼠心脏左室收缩及舒张功能的影响。结果表明:灌注液中PCO_2升高可直接引起左室收缩和舒张功能降低;还可通过降低pH值,使心脏的收缩和舒张功能降低。
The isolated rat coronary arteries were perfused with the modified Langendorff method, and the effects of elevated PCO 2 in the perfusate on left ventricular systolic and diastolic function were observed. The results showed that elevated PCO 2 in the perfusate can directly cause a decrease in left ventricular systolic and diastolic function, and can also reduce the systolic and diastolic function of the heart by lowering the pH value.
