对Al-24%Si过共晶合金进行单一P、Sr变质及P-Sr复合变质处理,研究变质后微观组织。试验结果表明,单一P变质能很好的细化初晶硅,平均尺寸由未变质的200μm变为25μm,棱角钝化且弥散分布;单一Sr变质能使初晶硅产生鱼骨状,使共晶硅细化为短杆或蠕团状,且呈弥散分布;P+Sr复合变质对合金组织中的初晶硅和共晶硅均有一定的细化作用,但变质效果并不理想。
