本研究采用数字滤波分析(DFA)和快速傅里叶变换(FFT),观测了15例(20耳)听力正常人ABR时域和频域参量的相关性:①当高频不断滤除时,Ⅳ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ波先后消失,至400Hz时以Ⅰ、Ⅴ波为主;②ABR频谱有三个主峰,中心频率分别为227±24Hz(F1),575±23Hz(F2)和1014±54Hz(F3),对应的周期为4.67±0.74ms,1.70±0.06ms和0.97±0.05ms;③ABR的Ⅰ-Ⅴ波间期为4.00±0.10ms,Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅴ波间期均值为2.00±0.05ms,Ⅰ-Ⅱ、Ⅱ-Ⅲ、Ⅲ-Ⅳ和Ⅳ-Ⅴ波间期均值为1.00±0.03ms,对应的频率依次为250±7Hz,500±13Hz和1001±26Hz。
In this study, the digital filter analysis (DFA) and fast Fourier transform (FFT) were used to observe the correlation between ABR time domain and frequency domain parameters in 15 cases (20 ears) of hearing normal subjects: Ⅳ, Ⅱ and Ⅲ waves disappeared one after another, reaching Ⅰ and Ⅴ waves mainly at 400Hz; ② There are three main peaks in the spectrum of ABR with center frequencies of 227 ± 24Hz (F1), 575 ± 23Hz (F2) and 1014 ± 54Hz (F3) , Corresponding to the cycle 4.67 ± 0.74ms, 1.70 ± 0.06ms and 0.97 ± 0.05ms; ③ABR Ⅰ-Ⅴ wave interval of 4.00 ± 0.10ms, Ⅰ-Ⅲ, The average wave interval of Ⅲ-Ⅴ wave was 2.00 ± 0.05ms, and the mean wave lengths of Ⅰ-Ⅱ, Ⅱ-Ⅲ, Ⅲ-Ⅳ and Ⅳ-Ⅴ wave were 1.00 ± 0.03ms, and the corresponding frequencies were 250 ± 7Hz, 500 ± 13Hz and 1001 ± 26Hz.
