为探讨脑出血急性期脑血流量和血清心肌酶的相关性,应用SPECT仪测定66例脑出血急性期病人的局部脑血流量(rCBF);同时应用酶法测定协情心肌酶。结果:病变例rCBF明显低于对侧,其中内囊区出血rCBF比值下降最明显,其次是亮核出血,丘脑出血下降最小;血清心肌酶比正常对照组明显升高;急性期各脑叶及病灶区(内囊-基底节区)rCBF与血清心肌酶呈负相关,其中额叶、内囊-基底节区rCBF与CK、CK-MB存在显著负相关(r=-0.378~-0.401,P<0.01)。
To investigate the correlation between cerebral blood flow in acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage and serum myocardial enzymes, 66 patients with acute cerebral hemorrhage were tested for regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) by SPECT. Results: The rCBF of the lesion was significantly lower than that of the contralateral side. The ratio of rCBF in the internal capsule was the most significant, followed by the bright nucleus haemorrhage and the decrease of the thalamic hemorrhage. The serum myocardial enzymes were significantly higher than those in the normal control group. There was a negative correlation between rCBF and serum myocardial enzymes in the lesion (internal capsule-basal ganglia), and there was a significant negative correlation between rCBF and CK and CK-MB in the frontal lobe and the internal capsule-basal ganglia (r = -0.378-0 .401, P <0.01).
