中国中医药报1993年2月5日报道:苦杏仁的主要成分是苦杏仁甙,约为3%。苦杏仁甙受杏仁中苦杏仁酶及樱叶酶等β—葡萄糖甙酶水解,依次生成野樱皮甙和扁桃甙,再分解成苯甲醛和氢氰酸。杏苦仁甙是否具有抗癌作用,早在50年代中期就开始进行了大量的研究,NCI(美国国家癌症研究所)从1957年开始反复进行了苦杏仁甙的抗动物移植肿瘤的研究,在7个部门至少分别作了12项实验,靶细胞包括多种可移 Chinese Medicine reported on February 5, 1993: The main ingredient of bitter almonds is amygdalin, which is about 3%.
