标准化和规格化工作对我们来说是一件新的工作。虽然各厂都已陆续成立了标准组（股），局设计处也成立了标准科，但还没建立起经常的联系；致使部分厂已经取得的经验没能及时交流；影响了工厂标准化和规格化工作的开展。 最近部技术司根据苏联专家介绍翻译的“机器制造业中的标准化与规格化工作”已由机械工业出版社出版了，希各厂结合本厂具体情况；组织学习。 本期机床与工具刊载了局标准科梁铭常工程师写的“怎样开展工厂的标准化、规格化工作”和陈循介同志译的“标准化和规格化的目的与任务”两文，前者提出了对开展工厂标准化、规格化的具体意见；后者介绍了标准化、规格化的目的、任务和分析比较方法；可以供我们今后开展工作的参考。 希望各厂有关人员能展开一个工厂标准化和规格化工作的学习和讨论，以便明确目标和步骤，把工厂的标准化、规格化工作向前推进一步。 各厂在这方面已经取得的经验和存在的问题也希望能及时反映给局标准科；或通过本刊交流与讨论。 Standardization and normalization work is a new job for us. The experience and existing problems that the factories have achieved in this area also hope to be reflected in the Bureau of Standards in a timely manner; or through exchanges and discussions in this journal.
