目的研究太子参无机元素的动态变化规律。方法采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定不同采收时间太子参无机元素含量,用SPSS16.0对数据进行相关性分析。结果共检测了21种无机元素,不同采收时间太子参元素含量有所差异,部分元素含量存在7月下降,8月升高的趋势。结论太子参7月重金属积累总量较低与传统采收期基本一致,为确定太子参适宜采收期提供依据。
Objective To study the dynamic changes of inorganic elements in heterophylla heterophylla. Methods ICP-MS was used to determine the content of inorganic elements in Pseudostellaria heterophyllae collected at different harvesting times. The correlation analysis was performed using SPSS16.0. Results Twenty-one kinds of inorganic elements were detected. The contents of some elements in different harvest time were different, and the content of some elements decreased in July and increased in August. Conclusion The total accumulation of P.solardensis in July was lower than that in the traditional harvesting period, which provided the basis for determining the suitable harvest period of P. heterophylla.
