目的:研究磺丁基醚-β-环糊精对伏立康唑的增溶作用及不同pH下伏立康唑的稳定性。方法:采用相溶解度法考察不同pH下磺丁基醚-β-环糊精对伏立康唑的增溶作用,同时考察伏立康唑有关物的变化情况。结果:伏立康唑在磺丁基醚-β-环糊精溶液中溶解度明显提高,在pH5.0~8.0范围内包合物的表观稳定常数相近(Kc);随pH增加伏立康唑稳定性下降。结论:磺丁基醚-β-环糊精是伏立康唑的理想增溶剂,pH会影响伏立康唑的稳定性。
Objective: To study the solubilization of voriconazole by sulfobutylether-β-cyclodextrin and the stability of voriconazole at different pH. Methods: The solubilization of voriconazole by sulfobutylether-β-cyclodextrin at different pHs was investigated by phase-solubility method, and the changes of voriconazole-related substances were also investigated. Results: The solubility of voriconazole in sulfobutylether-β-cyclodextrin solution was significantly increased. The apparent stability constant of the inclusion complex was similar (Kc) in the range of pH 5.0-8.0. The voriconazole stability decreased with the increase of pH. Conclusion: Sulfobutyl ether-β-cyclodextrin is an ideal solubilizer for voriconazole, and pH will affect the stability of voriconazole.
