地下室抗浮设计是结构设计的重要内容。传统抗浮设计以“抗”为指导思想,通过设置抗浮锚杆、抗浮桩、配重等提供抗浮需要的抵抗力。但水文地质情况复杂,目前以抗浮水位作为唯一输入条件的被动式抗浮设计,在某些条件下,既可能导致设计偏于保守,又可能对偶发情况预判不足。在对一些已建项目地下室上浮进行处理时,主动式抗浮方法比传统被动式抗浮方法具有显著的工期、成本优势,结合某地下室工程实例,对主、被动抗浮方法进行综合比较,供工程设计人员参考。
Basement anti-floating design is an important part of structural design. The traditional anti-floating design with “anti” as the guiding ideology, by setting the anti-floating anchor, anti-floating pile, counterweight and other anti-floating to provide the necessary resistance. However, the hydrogeological situation is complicated. At present, the passive anti-flooding design with anti-floating water level as the only input condition may not only lead to conservative design but also may not predict the contingency occasionally under certain conditions. In the process of some floating projects in the basements, the active anti-float method has significant construction period and cost advantages compared with the traditional passive anti-float method. Combined with a basement project example, the active and passive anti-float methods are compared for engineering Designer’s reference
