结合空间网架节点球在特定分度夹紧装置上的数控加工的实际过程,论述了分度夹紧装置的原理,对空间任意两点球心的误差进行了分析,利用变换矩阵理论建立了分度过程球心点的坐标计算公式及球心误差计算公式,并对实际工程螺栓节点球进行了球心误差计算.
