无锡续建禹光大厦为框架剪力墙结构,地下2层,地上27层,地下室有人防。由于大空间的需要,在七层处设置高位转换。本工程的关键点是转换大梁的设计及转换层上下的刚度比的计算和控制,利用PKPM-SATWE和盈建科YJK两种计算软件进行计算比较,同时对复杂的转换大梁利用通用有限元分析软件SAP2000进行分析,用壳单元模拟转换大梁,来验证上述计算结果的准确性,从而为此类结构的设计提供一些建议。
Wuxi continued construction of Yu light building for the framework of shear wall structure, 2 underground floors, 27 floors above ground, basement with air defense. Due to the large space needs, set the high conversion at the seven levels. The key points of this project are the design of conversion girder and the calculation and control of the stiffness ratio above and below the conversion layer. Comparisons are made by using PKPM-SATWE and YJK two calculation softwares. Meanwhile, the general finite element analysis The software SAP2000 analyzes and transforms the girder with the shell element to verify the accuracy of the above calculation results, so as to provide some suggestions for the design of such a structure.
