随着预备役部队使命任务的不断拓展,特别是近年来遂行非战争军事行动的增多,对部队战斗力建设提出更高要求。中心城市预备役部队如何紧跟时代发展需要,在编组中编出战斗力,笔者认为应把着力点放在调整布局、优化结构和打造拳头三个环节上。 With the continual expansion of the mission of the reserve force, especially in recent years the increase in non-war military operations has set higher demands on the combat effectiveness of the military forces. How to keep up with the development needs of the times and how to prepare combat forces in the marshalling center should be the focus of the reserve forces in the central city. The author thinks that efforts should be focused on adjusting the layout, optimizing the structure and building up the fist.
