简要回顾了钙芒硝矿开采的技术历程,重点介绍了现今应用最为广泛的就地破碎溶浸方法,分析了其优缺点,叙述了群井致裂压力溶浸开采方法的试验情况。详细论述了钙芒硝矿溶浸开采的研究情况,总结了现有研究的不足。综合分析得出:现有水溶工艺缺陷明显,导致溶浸周期长、资源回收率低,同时资源不能综合利用。认为应寻求一种溶浸效率高、可资源综合利用的化学溶浸液,加强溶浸理论研究,探明多因素对溶浸效果的影响,开发出经济合理的化学改性浸出方法。
The technical history of glauberite ore mining is briefly reviewed. The most widely used in situ crushing and leaching methods are introduced, their advantages and disadvantages are analyzed, and the experimental conditions of fracturing pressure and pressure leaching mining methods are described. The paper discusses in detail the research situation of glauberite ore leaching and mining, and sums up the shortcomings of the existing research. Comprehensive analysis shows that: The existing water-soluble process obvious defects, resulting in a long leaching cycle, resource recovery rate is low, while resources can not be comprehensive utilization. It is suggested that a chemical leaching solution with high leaching efficiency and comprehensive utilization of resources should be sought to strengthen the theoretical study on leaching and find out the influence of multiple factors on the leaching effect so as to develop an economical and reasonable chemical modification leaching method.
