目的 建立较系统的微波溶样体系 ,准确测定样品中的元素含量。方法 利用Milestone高压微波消解系统对动物性、植物性、水产品、粮谷类、油脂类、人发、化妆品等样品采用硝酸、双氧水消解系统 ,并利用国家标准物质茶叶、牛肝等验证了方法的准确度与精密度。结果 采用硝酸、双氧水消解体系 ,方法准确度 92 %~ 10 3%;方法精密度1 2 %~ 8 0 %。结论 建立了科学消解体系与程序 ,方法快速、灵敏、准确 ,各项技术指标达到或超过国家标准要求 ,有一定的推广应用价值。
Objective To establish a systematic system for microwave digestion and accurately determine the content of the elements in the sample. Methods The Milestone high-pressure microwave digestion system was used to verify the feasibility of the method using nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide digestion system for animal, plant, aquatic product, grain, fat, human hair and cosmetics. Accuracy and precision. The results using nitric acid, hydrogen peroxide digestion system, the accuracy of 92% ~ 103%; method precision 12% ~ 80%. Conclusion The system and procedure of scientific digestion are established. The method is rapid, sensitive and accurate. The technical indicators meet or exceed the requirements of national standards and have certain promotion and application value.
