由中国西安人才市场举办的“西部大开发2000年人才交流大会”于3月25日、26日在陕西国际展览中心落下帷幕。本次交流会有招聘单位520多家,应聘人数3.1万多人,达成意向9800多人。大会期间,陕西省省委书记李建国、省长程安东到会视察。 此次大会是为配合西部大开发战略,运用市场机制为西部大开发提供人才保障而举办的,具有如下特点: 1、人才需求明显上升,招聘单位创历史新高。大会共有520多家单位进场招聘,提供需求职位1.2万多个,其中管理类占22.8％,专业技术类占77.2％。较前几年同期相比均有明显上升,增长在两成以上。其中本省有400多家单位进入市场,拟招聘人才近万人。
The “Talents Exchange Conference for West Development in 2000” organized by Xi'an, China talent market came to an end at Shaanxi International Exhibition Center on March 25 and 26. This exchange will have more than 520 recruitment units, more than 31,000 candidates, reaching more than 9,800 people intentions. More than 520 participants from the General Assembly came to the scene to recruit and provide more than 12,000 job opportunities, including 22.8% in management and 77.2% in professional and technical fields. Compared with the same period of the previous few years, they both increased obviously, increasing over 20%. There are more than 400 units in the province entering the market, hiring nearly 10,000 people.
