通过分析摩擦副的Pv值及β值对密封的综合影响,解释了机械密封在生产中失效的原因。提出了在限制Pv值的前提下增大β值的方法:①降低冷却水的温度,提高冷却效果;②减小密封环外径。并将该方法应用于实际,取得了良好的效果。
By analyzing the combined effect of the friction pair’s Pv value and β value on the seal, the reason for the failure of the mechanical seal in production is explained. Proposed to increase the value of β under the premise of limiting the Pv value: ① reduce the cooling water temperature and improve the cooling effect; ② reduce the outer diameter of the seal ring. And the method is applied to the actual, and achieved good results.
