我国老龄化形势日益严峻，医养结合已成为国家层面上应对老龄化的重要手段，加强医养结合护理人才队伍建设，才能更好地为老年人提供健康养老服务。本文通过分析我国医养结合发展形势、医养结合护理队伍现状及面临的问题，提出关于医养结合护理队伍建设的思考，以期为促进医养结合发展提供有力支撑。“,”The situation of the population aging in China is becoming increasingly serious, and combination of medical and elderly care service has become an important means to deal with population aging at the national level. It can better provide healthy elderly care services for the elderly by strengthening the construction of nursing team for combination of medical and elderly care service. This paper analyzes the development situation about the combination of medical and elderly care service model in China, and also analyzes the present situation and the problems of nursing team under the combination of medical and elderly care service model. On this basis, puts forward some thoughts on the construction of nursing team, so as to provide favorable support for promoting the development of the combination of medical and elderly care service.
