利用自制的微动腐蚀系统研究1Crl3在NaCl溶液中腐蚀与磨损的交互作用.实验发现阴极保护不能完全抑制1Cr13在质量分数为3.5%NaCl溶液中的腐蚀,同时又考虑到液体润滑作用与交互作用对微动腐蚀质量损失的影响效果相反,应该将其区分开来.建议用一种新的数学模型来定量化评价交互作用.
Study on the interaction between corrosion and wear of 1Crl3 in NaCl solution by using homemade fretting corrosion system. It is found that cathodic protection can not completely inhibit the corrosion of 1Cr13 in 3.5% NaCl solution, and at the same time, considering the effect of liquid lubrication and interaction on the quality loss of fretting corrosion, the effect should be distinguished. It is suggested that a new mathematical model be used to quantitatively evaluate the interaction.
