我国的教育方针、素质教育的目标要求始终把德育放在教育的首位。《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中的较大篇幅谈到了德育问题,党的“十八大”把“立德树人”作为教育的根本任务,“德育为先,育人为本”已成为每一个教育工作者耳熟能详的用语。但学校的德育却长期处于一种尴尬的境地,被边缘化。当前,未成年人的思想道德建设似乎总达不到人们预期的效果,有些不恰当的德育工作方法还激化了未成年人的逆反心理,使德育工作事倍功半,甚至流于形式。认真研究新时期中小学德育工作存在的问题,有针对性地提出对策,使中小学德育工作逐步取得实实在在的成效具有十分重要的意义,也是学校教育工作者责无旁贷的使命。
China’s education policy, the goal of quality education has always put moral education in the first place. The larger part of the “Outline of the National Medium and Long-Term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)” touches on moral education. The Party’s “18th National Congress of the Party” regards “Lideshuren ” as the fundamental task of education “Moral education first, educating people ” has become a familiar term for every educator. However, moral education in schools has long been in an awkward situation and is being marginalized. At present, the ideological and moral construction of minors does not always seem to meet people’s desired results. Some improper methods of moral education have also sharpened the rebellious mentality of minors and have made moral education more effective and even formless. It is very important for us to conscientiously study the existing problems of moral education in primary and secondary schools in the new era and put forward countermeasures in a targeted manner so that the moral education in primary and secondary schools will gradually achieve tangible results. It is also the duty of school educators to shoulder the responsibility.
