本文分析了阀用橡胶隔膜的密封性能和承压能力,提出保持密封的基本条件和确定隔膜最大承压能力的计算公式。最后根据弹性薄壳理论,对球状隔膜进行了应力分析,推导出隔膜受均布内压时的应力、应变计算公式。
In this paper, the sealing performance and pressure bearing capacity of the rubber diaphragm for valve are analyzed. The basic conditions for keeping the seal and the formula for determining the maximum bearing capacity of the diaphragm are proposed. Finally, according to the theory of elastic thin shell, the stress analysis of the spherical diaphragm was carried out, and the formula of stress and strain when the diaphragm was subjected to uniform internal pressure was deduced.
