First, the issue of the proposed rapid development of international business after the war, effectively promote the world’s economic growth, into the 90’s, the world’s dependence on international business increasingly obvious. According to the latest information, the sum of global total exports and foreign direct investment (US$ 349 billion in 1996, abbreviated as FDI, the same below) has exceeded 1/4 of the world’s GDP. If international indirect investment flows are added, it is as much as 12 times. . There have been many studies on the role of international trade, FDI, and international indirect investment in economic growth. However, to give full play to the role of international commerce as a whole in the world economy, it is necessary to further clarify whether the various components are related and how they are related and related. What are the results? In the face of the traditional national and international management arrangements that cut international business, assign to different departments, adopt different approaches, and achieve different intermediate goals, microcosmically, multinational corporations have considered international business as a whole. The contrasting facts of the operation are particularly necessary and urgent.
