介绍了济南西机务段采用现代化管理手段,根据轮箍缺陷发展机理,按照系统管理方法,使轮箍定期探伤与状态探伤相结合,形成一整套的轮箍质量控制系统。从而提高了轮箍缺陷检出几率,确保了机车行车安全。
According to the development mechanism of wheel rim defects and according to the system management method, a combination of regular tire flaw detection and condition flaw detection is introduced to form a complete set of wheel rim quality control system. Thereby increasing the probability of detection of tire defects to ensure the safety of locomotive traffic.
