为了减小激光焊接钛合金薄板产生的变形,在焊接过程中使用液氮冷却后的氩气对激光热源的后部进行同步跟随激冷。对1.5 mm厚TC4钛合金薄板激光焊接的变形控制效果进行了试验验证。结果表明,相同工艺参数条件下,该方法获得的焊接试件挠曲变形明显小于常规激光焊接的变形;当冷热源间距为10 mm,冷却气体流量为10L/min,激光功率为950 W,焊速为15 mm/s,离焦量为0 mm时,焊后变形最小,最大纵向挠曲变形量仅为0.187 mm。
In order to reduce the deformation of the laser welded titanium alloy plate, the rear part of the laser heat source is cooled by using liquid nitrogen cooled argon during the welding process. The deformation control effect of laser welding of 1.5 mm thick TC4 titanium alloy sheet was experimentally verified. The results show that under the same process parameters, the flexural deformation of the welded specimen obtained by this method is obviously less than that of the conventional laser welding. When the distance between the cold and the heat sources is 10 mm, the cooling gas flow rate is 10 L / min and the laser power is 950 W, When the welding speed is 15 mm / s and the defocus amount is 0 mm, the deformation after welding is the smallest, and the maximum longitudinal deflection is only 0.187 mm.
