采用ＡＢＣ免疫组化法对４５９例乳腺癌组织进行ＥＲ、ＰＲ的检测，结果ＥＲ阳性率８３．０％，ＥＲ和ＰＲ的表达具有一致性；ＥＲ、ＰＲ阳性率与肿瘤的增大、淋巴结转移个数、月经状况无关。
ABC immunohistochemistry was used to detect ER and PR in 459 cases of breast cancer. The positive rate of ER was 83.0%, and the expression of ER and PR were consistent. The positive rate of ER and PR and the increase of tumor and lymph node metastasis were analyzed. The number of menstrual conditions is irrelevant.
