采用普通发芽法对本所在昆明自然贮藏条件下贮存了 1～ 17年的甘蓝型油菜 (B.napus L.)种子的发芽率、始萌发时间、萌发高峰期及幼苗素质等发芽特性的变化进行了研究。结果表明 :甘蓝型油菜种子的发芽率随贮存年限的增加而呈阶梯式的下降 ,而且随着贮存年限的增加 ,种子始萌发所需时间及萌发高峰期出现的时间也随之增加 ,峰高降低 ,幼苗素质下降。根据测定结果 ,在昆明自然贮藏条件下 ,甘蓝型油菜种子的贮藏寿命为 8～ 9年 ,安全贮藏期为 1～ 7年。相关分析表明 :贮藏 1～ 7年的甘蓝型油菜种子的发芽率与贮存年限呈极显著负相关 ,相关系数 r=- 0 .95 2 7* * ,回归方程 y=93.0 7- 0 .5 9x
