本课题根据广播电视大学“人才培养模式改革和开放教育试点”项目要求,参考“系统管理”、“全面质量管理”等相关理论,结合厦门电大办学实际,阐述厦门电大“113”教学管理模式改革的背景、基本框架、实践内容及特点效果等,探索总结“113”教学管理模式在厦门电大远程开放教育试点教学中的实践意义。 According to the requirements of the “Talents Cultivation Reform and Open Education Pilot Project” of RTVU, referring to the related theories of “system management” and “total quality management”, combining with the actuality of Xiamen TV University, this essay expounds the reform of “113” teaching management mode Background, basic framework, practical content and special effects, and so on, to explore the practical significance of “113” teaching management model in pilot education of Open and Distance Education in Xiamen Radio and Television University.
