针对水布垭宽级配防渗料,研究了反滤设计方法。通过反滤保土试验及冲刷自愈试验,给出了适合水布垭宽级配防渗料的反滤设计标准。在反滤保土试验中,提出了平抛风干细料的试验方法,较之谢纳德的浓泥浆试验更为方便快捷。水布垭心墙防渗料不仅级配宽而且变化大,几乎包容了可作防渗料的各种宽级配料。为此,研究成果D15=0.5~1mm(平均0.6mm),可作为一般宽级配防渗料的反滤设计准则。
Aiming at the wide level of anti-seepage material of Shuibuya Project, the design of anti-filtration was studied. Through filter soil test and scouring self-healing test, the paper presents the filter design standard which is suitable for the anti-seepage material of Shuibuya project. In the anti-soil test, the test method of flat throwing air-dried fines is proposed, which is more convenient and quicker than the thick mud test of Schneider. Shuibuya heart wall impermeable material grading is not only wide and wide variation, almost inclusive for a variety of wide-gap material can be expected to seepage material. For this reason, the research results D15 = 0.5 ~ 1mm (average 0.6mm), which can be used as the general wide-grading anti-seepage filter design criteria.
