目的探讨关节镜下复位空心钉骺线上骨质内固定治疗儿童胫骨髁间嵴骨折的疗效。方法自2005-06—2012-06诊治35例儿童胫骨髁间嵴骨折,采用关节镜下复位,胫骨近端骺线上骨质内空心钉内固定方法治疗,术后佩戴卡盘支具,早期适当功能锻炼。结果本组手术时间32~56 min,平均41 min。术后3~6个月摄X线片证实骨折愈合后,取出内固定。35例均获得随访12~24个月,平均18个月。至随访结束时,均无切口及关节内感染,无神经血管损伤,无骨骺损伤表现。Lachman试验正常,前抽屉试验阴性。术后Lysholm评分73~95(85.4±4.7)分,较术前明显提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论关节镜监视下复位空心钉骺线上内固定治疗儿童胫骨髁间嵴骨折是一种可靠的治疗方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of arthroscopic reset hollow epiphyseal line on internal fixation of tibial intercondylar eminence fractures in children. Methods From 2005-06 to 2012-06, 35 cases of tibial intercondylar eminence fractures were treated and treated by arthroscopic reduction and cannulated hollow nail fixation in the proximal epiphyseal line.
