Distributed power supply will play an important role in the future energy supply, and its rational planning can reduce system network loss and delay power grid construction. The existing investment cost pricing model of distribution network does not reflect the impact of distributed power supply. Based on this, the ICRP-DC model, which has been successfully applied to the UK transmission network, is extended to the distribution network. Based on the characteristics of the distribution network, an ICRP-DC model suitable for the pricing of investment costs is proposed (ICRP-AC) model and considering the effects of active power and reactive power injected / absorbed by each node, this model can provide relevant economic signals to guide the rational construction of distributed power supply compared with other models. The simulation results show that the proposed model is valid and compared with the ICRP-DC model.
