T, B lymphocytes play an important role in immune regulation. When the regulation of the immune system disorders will lead to autoimmune diseases such as the occurrence of Kv1.3 channel has been confirmed in T, B lymphocyte subsets expression changes in the number associated with the occurrence of such diseases. Specific Kv1.3 channel blockers target the Kv1.3 channel and bind to Kv1.3 channels to regulate cytokines and related signaling pathways in lymphocyte proliferation to arrest the development of autoimmune diseases. Compared with the traditional method of treating these diseases has its unique advantages, such as strong specificity, fewer side effects. These findings have far-reaching significance for the further study of the pathological mechanism, early diagnosis and discovery of new drugs in autoimmune diseases.
