研究了TC21钛合金准β加热后空冷时间对其微观组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,随空冷时间延长,α相变大,数量减少。同时由针状α转变为粗大的板条状α,导致拉伸强度提高,伸长率急剧下降。
The effect of air cooling time on the microstructure and mechanical properties of TC21 titanium alloy after semi-β heating was studied. The results show that as the air cooling time prolongs, the α phase becomes larger and the number decreases. At the same time, the acicular α changes to a thick lath α, resulting in an increase in tensile strength and a sharp decrease in elongation.
