三十年前,一支穿草鞋的连队活跃在繁华的市中心南京路上。金色的草鞋、黄布缝制的针线包和旧报纸糊的信封,闪烁着这个连队发扬我党我军优良传统、保持艰苦奋斗政治本色的光芒。这就是三十年前被国防部命名的“南京路上好八连”。同三十年前相比,上海乃至整个中国都发生了巨大的变化。可是,千变万化,好八连全心全意为人民服务的宗旨没变。他们始终身居闹市,一尘不染,永远做让党和人民放心的“霓虹灯下的哨兵”。 Thirty years ago, a team of straw sandals was active in the thriving city center of Nanjing Road. Golden straw sandals, yellow sewing quilts and old newspaper paste envelopes, flashing the company to carry forward the fine tradition of our party and army, to maintain the hard working struggle of the political nature of the light. This is named thirty years ago by the Ministry of National Defense “Nanjing Road, good eight even.” Compared with three decades ago, Shanghai and even China as a whole have undergone tremendous changes. However, the ever-changing, well eight even serve the people wholeheartedly the purpose of service has not changed. They are always downtown, spotless, and forever “the sentry under the neon lights” that make the party and people reassure.
